Ok you are leader until Madara comes back.Therefore have only up to Tomoe 2 since you need Jounin to obtain Tomoe 3

The site restarted.Even the webmaster restarted look at the first post.So you only have tomoe 2.Until you reach Jounin since you are Leader you bump all the way up to Permanent Mangekyou Sharingan.You are chuunin now.Unless you wanna become Kage of any other village that's left

You do have to be Jounin to get tomoe three since it can copy jutsu but since you are Uchiha leader you have all the way up to Permanent Mangekyou.And what village do you want?
